National Honor Society
The National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to recognize those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, service, leadership, and character.
Rising 11th & 12th Grade Students,
This message serves as an announcement to inform you of recent changes to the 2020-2021 National Honor Society application requirements. This message is not an invitation to apply for membership to the UHS Chapter of the National Honor Society. All qualifying UHS students will receive an invitation to apply to the UHS Chapter of the National Honor Society in mid-July.
The UHS Chapter of the National Honor Society has amended the application requirements for the 2020-2021 academic year to accommodate the COVID 19 pandemic disruptions. Please note, the amended NHS application requirements are temporary and will default back to the original requirements for the 2021-2022 NHS application.
