Career & College Planning at UHS

High School

Discussions about students' futures begin as early as 9th and 10th grade, starting with student conferences where counselors foster ongoing conversations about interests, strengths, course planning, and long-term goals. These future-focused discussions become more in-depth in 11th and 12th grade through continued student-counselor meetings, junior and senior seminars, college visits, and a variety of evening programs dedicated to career and college planning. Throughout high school, students will be introduced to Naviance, the school's career and college planning platform, and will have opportunities to engage in personal interest and career exploration activities.

This website serves as a comprehensive resource, offering essential guidance to help you navigate your unique career and college journey, regardless of your current class year or chosen path.
