Registration & Fees
Every student-athlete must have a complete physical exam prior to participating on a sports team. This physical exam must be completed after May 1 and is valid until April 30.
In addition, all sections of the PIAA Comprehensive Initial Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation and Certification of Authorized Medical Examiner (CIPPE) Form must be completed electronically via ArbiterSports. A hard copy of Section 6 must be printed and completed by your provider. Once completed, please scan or take a picture and upload the Section 6 form into ArbiterSports.
No student-athlete will be allowed to practice or compete until the proper paperwork is completed and verified by our athletic training staff.
Registration Instructions
1. Visit ArbiterSports and select "Programs," and the registration form for your child's program of choice.
2. Select "Register Now."
3. If this is your first time using ArbiterSports, select "Create Account" and follow the prompts using your parent/guardian name as the Account Owner. Otherwise, select "Log In" and follow the prompts.
4. If you created a new account, you will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder.) Open the link in your activation email, which will log you in to ArbiterSports.
6. Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red asterisk (*) are required to have an answer.
7. Select "Continue" when your child's form is complete.
8. Review your child's registration summary.
9. Select "Submit." After selecting "Submit," the registration will be complete. You will receive a completion email from ArbiterSports confirming your child's registration.
Student Activity Fees
Activity fees will be posted directly your child's PowerSchool account once rosters are finalized for the season. Fees can be paid online through RevTrak. Activity fee payments may also be made with cash/check at either the CFPMS Main Office or UHS Athletics Office. Checks should be made payable to UCFSD Athletics. If these fees present a financial hardship, please reach out to an administrator or counselor to have the fee waived.
